One twin bedded room  has plenty of wardrobe space and this bedroom uses the Family bathroom, with large shower, wash hand basin and WC.  Bedroom 2, also with twin beds, has an en suite batrhoom, again with large shower, wash hand basin and WC.  This has patio doors leading out to a spacious sun terrace with a comfortable sofa and two easy chairs. There is a Gas BBQ on this terrace, along with dining table and chairs.    The Master bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space.  This also has a very large en suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower, two wash hand basins, WC, and a separate bath with overhead shower. The patio doors lead out from the bedroom to the garden and a terrace near the pool.   The Kitchen is very well equipped including ceramic hob, eye level oven,  microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.    The open plan lounge and dining area is very spacious and airy, with ample dining seating and very comfortable lounge furniture.  There is a fire in the lounge area, if required, in mid and low season. The Club cable television system provides plenty of channels for your entertainment. There is also a DVD and an iPod player.  plus  undercover parking by the front door.   Folding patio doors lead directly out to the raised pool (up 3 steps) and large sun terrace area, again with plenty of seating and sunbeds.  There is also a very large roof sun terrace.  You can follow the sun all day long.
