From the front of the detached villa, there are stairs which lead up to the very large roof terrace, a real suntrap, with impressive views over the Club, the hills and down to the Mar Menor. The first large double bedroom has twin beds, which can be put together as a double and ensuite with basin, bathtub with shower above, bidet and wc. Patio doors lead out on the extensive private terrace area. On the right of the hallway is the family bathroom with basin, shower cubicle and wc. The next bedroom has twin beds which can be used as a double. The master bedroom leads off the lounge area and has a double bed, ample storage, TV, and patio doors to the pool area. In its own ensuite there are large twin basins, bath, large shower cubicle, bidet and wc. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with large hob, oven, American fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. All designed to make your stay as easy and stress-free as possible. There is a hatchway through to the dining/lounge area, which has a dining table and ample seating for all the family. The high, beamed ceiling gives an airy and cool feeling to the room. There is already plenty of space for the whole family inside – the outside space adds to this considerably!
