There are 2 community pools close by and the villa has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is well equipped including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is a terrace accessed from the lounge with table and chairs for four, built-in BBQ on this terrace for you to enjoy dining al fresco. A staircase leads up from the living level to the sun terrace which has great views across to Lion Mountain, La Manga Club and to the Mar Menor beyond. On the lower floor you have the 2 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom has twin beds, which can also be made into a King size, if preferred, the ensuite bathroom has two wash hand basins, WC, bath, shower and heated towel rail. The second bedroom with twin beds views onto the community gardens and an ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms each have an air conditioning / heating unit and a ceiling paddle fans. The washing machine is located on this lower level. TV system offers a wide range of channels. WiFi is included in the rental price.
